Exchange Jewelry Complaint Against Its Competitor

Tustin - Tustin Jewelry Exchange has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of Orange County under which the Los Angeles Inta Gems, Inc., sending the bad reviews online.

One of the criticisms mentioned in the complaint reads, "this place completely (stinks). Prices are very high, their prices are announced dirt like diamonds ... just do not go, you're better off going to the diamond district in downtown Los Angeles "
Inta Gems, co-owner Peter Young said that the family has not yet been a lawsuit, but it was almost a month ago, on May 26 at Orange County Courthouse.

"Our attorney advised us not to comment until we have the case before us," said Young. "Of course, we want to resolve this as soon as possible."

Four of the comments contained in the complaint are attributed to "Steve P." or "Steve Paul". Another is attributed to "intagems."

The complaint also claims that employees Inta Gems, including the owners of Young, Jerry Young, Connie and Steve Young, Paul, to buy online advertising as a result Inta Gems & Jewelry Exchange of research results appear online together.

Negative reviews began about December 24, 2009, state documents, and say that Exchange sells jewelry bad, and suggests that readers visit other jewelry, the jewelry in Los Angeles Mart or Inta Gems.

The trial costs for owners and Inta Gems of defamation, fraud, false advertising, trademark infringement and conspiracy and for an order of the courts, as well as financial compensation.

Jewelry Exchange of actions affecting the reputation of the online store and lost business due to online reviews.
